• Portfolio and client data you enter or import into the platform
• Conversation history with the AI models, stored locally on your device and your private server
• Compliance audit logs generated during advisory sessions

How We Use Your Data

All data remains within your private infrastructure. Fortune AI does not transmit your client data, portfolio information, or conversation history to any third-party servers. The AI models run on hardware you control.

Data Storage

Data is stored on your designated server (Open WebUI instance) and local device storage. You are responsible for the security and backup of this data.

Third-Party Services

Fortune AI may retrieve publicly available market data from financial data providers. No personally identifiable information or client data is transmitted in these requests.

Authentication

Login credentials are transmitted securely over HTTPS to your private Open WebUI instance. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage and are never shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy

Fortune AI is intended for licensed financial professionals only and is not directed at individuals under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
